Service Costs

We believe in being upfront with costs so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Please note that the fees listed below may change and act as a guide only.

Inpatient Procedures & Hospital Stays

Some pets may need to stay with us for further tests or treatment. If your pet requires hospitalisation, we’ll provide a clear cost estimate up front, this may cover 12, 24, or 48 hours of care. A deposit of up to 70% is required on admission, with additional deposits requested if a new estimate is provided. You can request financial updates at any time during your pet’s stay, we’re here to keep you informed and supported throughout.

For insured pets, we can help reduce upfront expenses by assisting with insurance pre-approvals. If you’d like support with this, please let our reception team know at least 24 hours before your pet’s procedure. Please note that most insurance companies require you to pay the bill upfront, and then they will reimburse you. We can assist with the necessary paperwork for your claim.
